How is the price worked out?
By the hour, you pay the hourly rate for the hours you book. One way, the price comes from the distance and drive time of your route. You see the full price before you pay, and it does not change after you book.
Do you wait if my flight is late?
Yes. Add your flight number in the notes and your driver watches the arrival time, so a late landing is not a problem.
How do I find my driver?
After you book you get a booking page. Once a driver accepts the ride, their name and phone number appear there.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Put the passenger's name and phone number in the booking form so the driver can reach them.
How far ahead should I book?
A few hours ahead is usually enough. For weddings, wine tours and big events, booking a few days ahead gives you the best choice of cars.
